Low cost fun and a great experience for true lovers of rally raid. To complete the daily route accumulating as few penalties as possible. It is all about that, the Maroc Challenge.
It works just like it does on professional competitions.
In the morning all the crews attend a meeting where the organizing staff explains the difficulties of the today’s stage. One by one, the crews are on their way through the slopes of the Moroccan landscape but not before they have checked their safety equipment, including Spot-Tracemyway.
To feel like a pro and enjoy the landscape – that is the spirit of the challenge. This African rally raid marathon is organized by Rui Cabaco in collaboration with Pelarda Masia who managed
to create a motorsport event for everyone who wants to enjoy a route that was once a part of the famous Paris-Dakar, expert or novice, it doesn’t matter.
There are no “impossible” conditions to compete in this awesome marathon. You need a driving license, a copilot and a car that complies the event’s rules which are not very strict. 2WD or
4WD at least 16 years old.
