PillowTrack, evolution of 4×4 assistance

Off roaders around the world always need some kind of tool to overcome gaps and various other obstacles. Usually waffle boards or a piece of log could do the job.
But there’s a new versatile product. It is light, easy to pack and doesn’t take a lot of precious place in your 4×4. It is inflatable and it can carry up to 3.5 tonnes, it is a perfect recovery aid – we present you the Pillowtrack!

It can help you raise the approach angle off your vehicle or you can just fill in the gap with it. It is just much easier than filling up a ditch with logs, rocks and other stuff you find scattered around. You just inflate the Pillowtrack, fill in the gap with it and that’s it. If that’s not enough, you just add one more. That should do the job!

Pillowtrack is not smooth, it has rubber tracked sides for a better grip to the tire. So it is designed to help you in almost any situation, including sand. Pillowtrack is giving a tire something to grab onto as it climbs out of the holes you dug while the opposite side grips the terrain.

Each Pillowtrack is 43″ X 20″ with rubber tread secured to 2 sides of the Pillowtrack itself. The inflation tube is a rubber tube that uses a valve stem-link insert that allows use of a small hand or electric air pump. Since many situations require only that the Pillowtrack be inflated but not under pressure, in those cases air can be added by simply blowing it up by mouth. Once the desired amount of air is added, the tube is bent over on itself and tucked into a loop. This inflation method makes deflating the device very quick and easy without anything more than pulling the tube out of the loop. The working psi for driving on the device is about 1 psi with the pressure increasing to about 5 psi when under the weight of a vehicle. The maximum is 8 psi, making any pump suitable for pressurizing the Pillowtrack.
